How To Get Started
Setting up your Susej Smart Meter Account
To register, click the register button found at the TOP RIGHT of this site or use this link User Registration, then fill in all required fields and upload a photo of you with a photo size less than 2MB. After this a verification link will be sent to your registered email. Please NOTE that if you dont verify your email, you cant get, access or manage any Meter
After the Registration, log into your email account and click on the verification link sent to you, you will then be redirected to your account, to show your verification was completed successfully. Please NOTE that, if you dont recieve and verification link from us, please log into your Susej Smart Meter account and on your dashboard you will be showed a RESENT EMAIL LINK button, click it and check your email account once again to verify.
After all the Registration and Email verification, you can now log into your Susej Smart Meter account and proceed to request a Meter. Click on your MENU and then click on REQUEST A METER, you will then be redirected to a form where you will provide all necessary informations needed to process your meter. Please NOTE that, what ever on the form you dont understand, please contact our customer care.
How To Navigate Your Dashboard
This system is User Friendly.
User Dashboard
You have all the controls
The User Dasboard is the first page seen after a User is Loggedin successfully, it contains little information about the user. It also display
a real time virtual representation of your Active Meters, it's present Status (either Locked, Disabled or Active) and the present energy units the Meters has.
On the dashboard there is a link provider for each user to view his/her Agent information at the right hand corner.
Buy Energy Unit - Self Purchase
This Purchase is done for your own Meters
As seen in the Image, the manu has a link called BUY UNIT, click on it and an option to choose SELF or Third Party payment will appear, click on SELF to access the Self payment form.
Proceed to select your meter by choosing its serial number and enter amount in naira then click PAY to proceed to a form where you will provide your credit card information to complete the purchase.
Please NOTE
that, any unit purchase a user is to make cant be less than N200 and every payment attracts VAT and maintenace fee.
Buy Energy Unit - Third Party Purchase
This Purchase is done for someone else Meter
This Feature allows a user make energy purchases for other user's meter, all you need to do is, access the Third Party energy payment form
as seen in the Image by clicking on the BUY UNIT link which gives you an option to choose SELF or Third Party payment.
Proceed to enter the user's meter serial number, Please NOTE that if the serial number is correct the meter owner's name
will be deplayed, and if the meter serial number is wrong, it will display a message that the serial number does not belong to any user.
After that, enter amount in naira then click PAY to proceed to a form where you will provide your credit card information to complete the purchase.

Meter Control
Turn Off Your Energy supply from Your Meter
This is a feature that allows users DISABLE & ENABLE their meters.
Please NOTE that, this does not switch your meter ON or OFF, it only disable it from
supplying energy and then enable it to supply energy. By this the user can manage the energy unit of his/her meters.
Request A Meter
You can own as many Meters you want.
To request a Meter, click on REQUEST A METER link on the Manu as seen in the image, you will then be redirected to a form where you will provide all necessary informations needed to process your meter. Please NOTE that, what ever on the form you dont understand, please contact our customer care.
User Complaint
Voice out your displeasure at any time
To send your complains, click on User Complaint on the Manu as seen in the image to access the image form. Choose your complain if found among the options of the dropdown else click OTHERS and fill the next field to enter your complain.
